Maps and Directions to The Pancho Villa I & II

San Francisco, Riviera Nayarit, Mexico.

(San Pancho is the local name for the town.)

The Pancho Villa I & II does not have a street address. It is easy to find in the Costa Azul neighborhood.

It formerly was called

Casa Ladera

So the taxis and locals probably will know it under that name.

Basically, from the Puerto Vallarta airport, you drive north on 200 about 24 miles (40km) to get to the town of San Francisco.

(You will see a Pemex petrol station and a Subway sandwich shop on the corner.)

From 200 you turn left onto Av. Tercer Mundo.

Drive 1/2 mile on Av. Tercer Mundo to a right turn on Ave. America Latina.

Ave. America Latina will become Las Palmas.

Follow Las Palmas for about 1/3 rd of a mile and you will be right in front of  The Pancho Villa I & II’s stone wall.

Turn right and follow the wall about 200 feet up the hill and take the first left and an immediate left into our driveway.
